Esther for Health

Esther for Health seeks to address the needs of the sick and out cast in the community, especially those infected or affected by HIV and AIDS.

Mumsy and Nobelungu faithfully lead Esther for Health consisting of helpers and trained care givers. They visit various people in the community with home visits and meet basic needs regarding food, house cleaning and health issues.

A booklet giving advice and encouragement to "Healthy Living With HIV" is freely distributed and is used as a Hope giving tool for those ready to give up.

Esther For Health is currently supporting a number of the local people in the community who are HIV positive in their anti-retroviral treatment program. As many as 11 tablets may need to be taken each day and at specific times to comply to the strict treatment regime that is required. Regular advice and counselling is given to encourage and check the progress of each individual.
